Each attendee/participant/delegate and each speaker/presenter that wishes to attend (personally or virtually) the conference and visit the technical exhibition must register by filling a registration form and paying the registration fees before the begin of the conference.
Note: we offer also the possibility to participate online/remotely at 3DBODY.TECH 2020, as virtual attendee and virtual speaker/presenter.

Please fill the registration form available below, save it and send it by e-mail to the conference office (see details below). You will then receive by e-mail an invoice with details for the payment of the due registration fees.

Important notes:

  • Registration has to be completed until 20 October 2020.
  • Registration is confirmed only after the payment of the due fees.
  • Upgrades from virtual to onsite registrations are possible until 16 October 2020, fee 100 CHF.

Please note the increased fees for late registrations (after 15 September 2020).

The prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are inclusive of taxes when/if applicable.
The registration fees include admission to all sessions, the accompanying exhibition, coffee breaks, lunches, a copy of the proceedings, access to the e-conference platform.
For virtual participation: the registration fees include admission to all sessions in a remote/online mode, a copy of the proceedings, access to the e-conference platform.
The e-conference platform allows to access after the event all recorded technical sessions and during the event to use tools for networking with other onsite and online attendees, speakers, exhibitors.

  • Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners), by secure e-payment, +6% fees
  • PayPal and other credit cards through PayPal payment system, +6% fees

Payments are possible in the following currencies:

  • The current exchange rates will be applied for payments in EUR and USD

Transfer/Cancellation/Refund Policies

Paid registration fees are fully transferable free of charge. Please inform the conference office by e-mail at before Friday 16 October 2020 with details of the transfer.

Cancellations received by e-mail at before Friday 16 October 2020 will receive the refund of all paid registration fees, less 100 CHF administration charge and 6% credit card charge (for payment made by credit cards). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Friday 16 October 2020.

All approved refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the conference. Refunds will be made by bank wire transfer (refunds directly on credit cards are not possible).


We understand there are concerns and questions around the novel corona virus (COVID-19) in relation to the 3DBODY.TECH Conference & Expo and we would like to reassure you that the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, and staff are our priority. We are closely monitoring the situation and following the guidance of the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

3DBODY.TECH Conference & Expo will take place in Lugano Switzerland, on 21-22 October 2020. In order to cope with the particular situation caused by the novel corona virus, 3DBODY.TECH 2020 will be held as hybrid event, with real conference and exhibition taking place onsite in Lugano, and with added virtual content, online streaming and virtual online engagement. Attendees, speakers, exhibitors will be able to participate in person or online/remotely.

We believe attendees, speakers, exhibitors should be given maximal freedom to choose when and how to participate at 3DBODY.TECH 2020. We will accept requests for changes (upgrades, downgrades, virtual/onsite) until the latest possible date and without additional administrative fees. We will be also very flexible on proposals for presentations, speeches and on registrations of exhibitors.

As the date draws closer, we will be working with the venue, our contractors and regulators to assess risks and to implement protocols for the safety and well-being of all participants at the 3DBODY.TECH Conference & Expo. Please continue to check our website for updates as they develop. We look forward to a safe and successful event in October.

In case of an inevitable postponement or cancellation of the 3DBODY.TECH Conference & Expo, the following two options will be given to registered attendees and confirmed exhibitors and sponsors:
(1) Transfer of the registration(s) and/or agreement(s) to the postponed or next year's event.
(2) Refund of all paid fees by bank transfer (less 6% credit card charge, for payments made by credit card).

VISA Information

Switzerland is an associated member state of the Schengen agreement and hence part of the Schengen area. Foreign nationals who wish to enter Switzerland must in any case be in possession of a valid travel document recognized by the Swiss authorities. For some countries visas may be required. Participants requiring a formal letter of invitation to enable them to make their arrangements to participate at the conference should contact the conference office.

Important notes:

  • We will provide formal letters of invitation uniquely to registered participants.
  • This letter cannot be regarded as a commitment regarding scheduling or financial support from the organizers.
  • The deadline for requesting a formal invitation letter is 15 September 2020.
